When we brought six established agencies together to form IPS Manpower, we were not simply combining businesses. We were pooling more than two decades of hard-won experience with a single conviction: that Nepali workers deserve to be represented honestly, and that employers deserve people who are genuinely prepared for the work ahead.
That conviction still guides every decision we make. We screen carefully, we train thoroughly, and we are transparent with candidates about what awaits them abroad. Where shortcuts exist in this industry, we have chosen not to take them.
Today our people work in more than 25 countries. Behind each of those placements is a family in Nepal whose future changed. That is not a statistic we take lightly, and it is the reason we hold ourselves to the standards we do.
